In another study, CBN revealed its powers to help with arthritis. Although more research is needed, the study concluded that CBN can be used effectively as an anti-inflammatory.
There are a couple of ways you can reap the benefits of CBN. Since it is typically found in older cannabis, it’s difficult to purchase flowers with high amounts of CBN in it (as dispensaries normally carry freshly harvested flowers).
